Our Mission

​LimberLife Physical Therapy is passionate about bringing a challenging strength and balance program to the retired set while creating community and educating participants about the value of postural awareness, fall prevention, mobility and function. ​

Susie in LimberLife

Susie Streelman has been providing personalized physical therapy for seniors in the residential setting for the past dozen years or so. She appreciates a holistic approach and is a firm believer in exercise and the community created in the process. 

 

Susie received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 1992 and initially worked several years in out patient orthopedics. While working in home health physical therapy, she began to hone her interest in the 65+ crowd and develop programs in that direction.

 

Susie is Medicare certified allowing you to use your benefit while receiving treatment in the comfort of your own home with a doctor’s prescription. 

 

Limberlife physical therapy excels when providing small group instruction of strength and balance classes, chair yoga and individualized programs when needed. 

 

Also offered are community education programs on topics such as fall prevention and benefits of exercise.

Therapy Dog

We have a new puppy! She is a precious blue eyed toy size Australian Sheepherder and will be gradually introduced and trained to be a regular participant in our program. She will be used to assist with our mission of promoting community and having fun in the process.
