Since 2001, Susie Streelman MPT has been helping elderly patients regain their mobility and self reliance with personalized in home physical therapy.
Susie has cared for a wide range of injuries resulting from stroke, falls, sprains, muscle strains, hip and joint replacement, as well as degenerative conditions including Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease.
With a gentle voice and touch, Susie restores hope and confidence to her patients by relieving pain, improving muscle strength and balance to avoid future falls, and increasing flexibility and range of motion.
A strong believer in wholistic health, Susie is particularly interested in yoga and its therapeutic benefits. Since becoming a certified yoga instructor, Susie has has made chair yoga an exciting and dynamic part of the Limber Life Physical Therapy program.
